CATCH OF THE WEEK: Surprising J. this week for his birthday with Coffee-Caramel, our coffee batter with caramel custard.  Great suggestion from D.  =)  Coffee soft serve available starting today (07/28) until Sunday, (08/01).

* For 4+ schools, we recommend calling ahead within the same day. For 10+ schools, we prefer 24 hours' notice. However, we make every attempt to accommodate your last minute orders. 

* For optimal reheating at home, please place your taiyaki in a toaster oven at 350F for 5-7 minutes.

CATCH OF THE WEEK: ...the chicken has landed -- it's Chicken n' Waffles to celebrate B.'s birthday.  Yup, chicken in a maple infused batter. Extremely experimental + only our second savoury taiyaki. We like to think outside of the box. =)
